Current Objectives

In order to achieve our mission and vision we have established the Destination Universitas Foundation. Our current objectives are to:

• Establish headquarters for the operations of the Foundation
• Design the business strategy for Foundation initiatives
• Secure the property and funding for the Destination Universitas Foundation programs and the Universitas Leadership Sanctuary
• Provide structure for the development of the Sanctuary concept, leadership programs and public relations
• Develop an international board of advisors who support the mission, vision and values of the Foundation
• Select a global network of advisors, organizations and programs that will support leaders as they return to their respective spheres of influence

The Infrastructure

The Foundation has within its design an entrepreneurial and resonant approach to growth and development. There will be an administrative team that will manage the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. This team will address daily operations, the foundation programs and will develop other opportunities for financial support for the Foundation.

The Foundation will maintain the highest standards of accounting and legal integrity in every aspect of its programs and relationships. Our legal and financial advisors are now assisting in the design of the standards and structure to protect the Foundation and its assets.

There will be a network of advisors and consultants who will be associated with the Foundation holding positions on the Board of Advisors or as paid consultants to support the growth and development of the Foundation. This network will grow substantially as the Foundation and its programs emerge.

The Programs

The Foundation will offer a specially designed program for those who wish to participate in the unique experience of the Sanctuary. This program will offer leaders the opportunity to redefine their unique purpose in life and inspire them to be effective leaders in the 21st century.

Programs offered to our global family will include those developed for youth in leadership, women in leadership, business leadership, global leaders and individual renewal. The Foundation team will publish versions of the programs developed that will be streamed on the Internet through a Destination Universitas company. These programs will include a significant research and outcomes component that will measure effectiveness both from a programmatic and personal point of view.
